Naboisho Conservancy stretches across 20 000 hectares of diverse terrain on the western edge of the Maasai Mara ecosystem. Rolling savannah plains meet pockets of acacia (Vachelia) woodland, while seasonal rivers carve vital corridors through the amber-hued landscape. This semi-arid terrain is shaped by cycles of drought and flood, fostering a hardy wilderness that thrives beneath expansive skies. Naboisho is where the land’s rugged beauty meets unyielding life, shaping a wilderness all its own.
Naboisho offers a wildlife hotspot where the Mara’s famous characters take on a more intimate stage. As one of East Africa’s denser predator networks, lions, leopards and cheetahs laze, stalk and sprint across the varied terrain where shadows offer cover and open ground invites the chase. Herds of buffalo, zebra, and wildebeest (seasonal) sweep the terrain, fuelling the predators’ bold pursuits. Beneath it all runs a crucial thread of stewardship with over 500 Maasai families owning and managing the land, benefiting directly from tourism and conservation.
Safari experiences in Naboisho defy convention. With off-road freedom and night drives, visitors are invited to explore the wild on intimate, priavte terms.
