The Lodges
Loldia House
Loldia House is an ideal spot to rest, taste the pleasures of Kenyan country life and explore the wonders of the Great Rift Valley.
Set amidst a 6,500-acre family farm on the shores of Lake Naivasha, this charming property is steeped in history, dating back to 1943. Guests are invited to enjoy a gentle pace of life, relaxing by the pool, taking in the views, or heading out on a game drive.
In the original family home, there is a master en-suite bedroom. Close by are three guest cottages (each housing two separate en-suite rooms) and two luxury suites (with private plunge pools), offering incredible views across the lake. Our poolside spa provides a range of massages using 100% natural products by The Wild Herb Company.
Loldia House has been awarded a GOLD Eco Rating from Eco–Tourism Kenya due to our sustainable tourism practices.
Governors' Camp
Governors’ Camp is Africa’s first permanent luxury tented camp, remaining in its original site since 1972. It occupies the best wildlife viewing location in the Reserve, nestled in the riverine forest along the winding banks of the Mara River, its waters teeming with bird-life, hippos and crocodiles. It is perfect for couples, families and friends wanting to experience the best of what a safari in the Masai Mara has to offer.
Elewana Loisaba Tented Camp
Elewana Loisaba Tented Camp is set on the edge of an escarpment within the Loisaba Conservancy in Laikipia, with uninterrupted views stretching across the landscape towards Mount Kenya. The camp is designed to fully embrace its position, with both the suites and main areas opening out onto wide, layered scenery. The tents are spacious and well-appointed, with high ceilings, large doors and windows, and polished wooden floors. Interiors blend African-inspired textures with a clean, contemporary finish, while the en suite bathrooms feature double vanities and solar-heated rainfall showers that bring a sense of ease after time in the field.
The main areas are open and inviting, with a large dining space, lounge, bar, and expansive decking that flows towards an infinity pool overlooking the plains. Beyond the camp, Loisaba Conservancy reflects a strong balance between conservation and tourism, supporting species such as elephant, lion, and African wild dog. Activities are varied and well-curated, from day and night game drives in custom vehicles to horse riding, camel trekking, bush walks, and cultural visits. It is a camp that offers both comfort and depth, shaped by its landscape and the work being done to protect it.
