Dates

2 - 7 February 2027

Location

Sabi Sand Nature Reserve

Welcome to Meet the Leopards, a private safari created for your group of six in the northern Sabi Sand during the height of the summer season. February brings vibrant life to the reserve. The bush is lush and green, seasonal rains pass through the landscape, and young animals begin appearing across the plains and riverbeds.

Guiding you through this remarkable wilderness is WildEarth presenter, Cedric Dold. Known for his exceptional tracking ability and deep knowledge of the Sabi Sands, Cedric, along with your lodge guide and tracker, will lead your search for the famous leopards that roam this reserve. Moving through riverine density and shaded clearings, these elusive cats are a part of one of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife areas.

Your base for the safari is Jaci’s Sabi House, reserved exclusively for your group. Between game drives, you can relax beside the pool or watch wildlife pass through the surrounding bush. Evenings gather around the fire with excellent food and conversation, while the sounds of the summer bush settle in around you.
